Radically fair – The Berlin slow fashion label AFORA.WORLD offers sustainable unisex designs at fair prices
AFORA.WORLD - short for “All For All” stands for all-round fair fashion. The young founder Christine Maria Metz, who set up the label herself from her studio in Berlin-Friedrichshain, proves that this is possible in the fast-moving fashion world.
The AFORA vision: Fashion for everyone. Timeless uni-sex designs that distance themselves from the classic seasonal dictatorship, high-quality organic fabrics that look good on every body and selected processing techniques - FARN, ARLO, SIDE and KOS are the timeless basics of the first AFORA.WORLD products. The styles are available all year round. All parts can be freely combined with each other.
“All for All” as the label’s central guiding principle
Nobody should be left out. AFORA stands for “All for All” - and this is the founder Christine’s maxim: the cost structure and supply chain are 100% transparent.
She knows the certified Dutch-Turkish producer personally from several meetings. In addition, AFORA.WORLD 2021 received the PETA Vegan Approved seal.
To work according to the cradle-to-cradle principle and 100% recyclable
To create products, AFORA.WORLD does not mix fibers, completely avoids elastane in the material and uses 100% organic cotton. Hang tags, labeling and packaging are also sustainable. The young fashion label also supports the Clean Clothes Campaign with every product sold.
